The property is organized as follows: firstly two independent bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. Then a first house housing a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. A second house has two bedrooms with double beds. The two bedrooms are independent, with their own bathroom, the upstairs bedroom is accessible by an external staircase. Finally, a studio overlooks the pool, with a double bed and an outdoor bathroom.

All rooms are air conditioned. Wifi is installed.

A large summer living room connects the two houses together. With a fully equipped kitchen, a large indoor table, sofas, a TV, it is the central location of the villa. Outside, a second large table allows you to have lunch in the shade of the pergola. On the roof of the summer lounge, other sun beds are arranged to take advantage of the exceptional view.

A large swimming pool with sunbathing area as well as numerous deck chairs allow you to enjoy the 180-degree view of the sea.

The villa is located in the Approvato valley, directly above the beach of Agha Marina and a few minutes drive from Batsi port.
